Sign-on will take place at the Best Western White Horse Hotel, 68 Clooney Road, Co.Derry/Londonderry on May 17th, 2024 between 1PM and 5PM. It is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Each solo rider or one member of a 2-person team and a designated crew representative must sign-on to receive an official race package.

Please bring ALL REQUIRED AND COMPLETED DOCUMENTATION with you to sign-on. Failure to do so will result in extra stress and will not ensure your start. We have created a document check-list as part of the registration package. Please use it.

At sign-on you must produce one dedicated phone with a facility to use WhatApp so that race officials can reach you at all times. We will validate the number in person and add that phone number to the corresponding race WhatsApp group. This is how race HQ will communicate important information during the race to each rider and crew.

Once a race official checks and validates all documentation you will receive your race package.

The race package will include:

  • Race numbers and vehicle signage, if riding in the supported category
  • Race number for helmet, if riding in the unsupported category
  • CAUTION CYCLISTS AHEAD sticker, if riding in the supported category
  • Call-in HQ phone numbers and official start line information
  • Detailed Route handbook

You are now clear to proceed to bike and vehicle scrutiny. Last bike and vehicle scrutiny will be at 5:30PM.

PLEASE HELP US TO HELP YOU START THE RACE SAFELY.

ALL GPS TRACKERS WILL BE PLACED IN YOUR POCKET AT THE START LINE MAY 18th, 2024.

What is the rider and crew briefing?

The briefing will take place at the Best Western White Horse Hotel at 6PM sharp, May 18th, 2024.

It is mandatory for all solo riders or one member of a team and at least one crew member to attend. It is the responsibility of each team rider or crew member to share briefing information within their team.

We will endeavor to make this meeting as efficient as possible. Important road management, safety and routing details will be discussed.

It is also an opportunity to meet fellow riders and crews within the endurance community.

What the Riders say...

I have to also compliment your team from the stewarding, to scrutiny and registration. They were efficient and fair and most of all very friendly and totally professional.
